New tools and features have been added to VIKING, including a system update. These include (among others) new MD potentials, PSFGen update, Automated Ligand Searcher enhancement etc.
Due to these updates, older MD tasks might not be able to run properly, if restarted or cloned. If you wish to re-run them, they will need to be set up from scratch.
